How long is the turnaround time?
Your pet portrait will be completed within 3-5 business days and shipped immediately after.
What portrait sizes do you offer?
We offer 3 portrait print sizes: Small (5.5” x 8.5”), Medium (8.5” x 11”), and Large (11” x 17”).
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of the portraits, all sales are final.
Can I get the digital file?
Yes! Select "Digital Only" and we will email you a PNG file once the portrait is complete. If you would like a complementary portrait, make a note of it at checkout.
Can you design my next tattoo?
Yes! We would love to be a part of your tattoo journey! Since we are not tattooers, we can only offer a pet portrait tattoo design. To order, go through the general checkout process and leave a notes on what you want included in the tattoo design.
