How long is the turnaround time?
Your pet portrait will be completed within 3-5 business days and shipped immediately after.
What portrait sizes do you offer?
We offer 3 portrait print sizes: Small (5.5” x 8.5”), Medium (8.5” x 11”), and Large (11” x 17”).
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of the portraits, all sales are final.
Can I get the digital file?
Yes! Digital files are sent through email upon request. To get yours, leave a note at checkout. Digital files of pet portraits are free when you order sizes Medium or larger or an additional $25 if you order a Small.
Can you design my next tattoo?
Yes! We would love to be a part of your tattoo journey! Since we are not tattooers, we can only offer a pet portrait tattoo design. To order, go through the general checkout process and leave a notes on what you want included in the tattoo design.
Do you do multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes! We can draw up to 3 pets within one pet portrait.
